Shockoe Tomato Festival Update

On Saturday, July 20, 2002, we sold 140 Art-o-mat pieces. As always, Alyssa & her Richmond crew presented the machine in an innovative and refreshing way. The local artists also delivered very high quality art. Thanks to all!

Art-o-mat artist, Diego Sanchez now has a piece in the art collection of the Honorable Mark Warner, Governor of Virginia. When the Governor happily walked with his Secret Service guys to his jet black Surburban, he turned around and told us "I will find a place for this in the mansion!"

The 5th Annual Shockoe Tomato Festival
On Saturday, July 20, 2002 from 11 am to 6 pm, Ukrops and First Market Bank has invited us to park our Art-o-mat at the Fifth Annual Shockoe Tomato Festival/17th Street Farmers Market in Richmond, VA. This should be a fun day for all. www.17thstreetfarmersmarket.com

Richmond artists in this machine will include Paul DiPasquale, Anda Lewis, Alyssa Salomon, Chuck Scalin, Diego Sanchez and Georgianne Stinnett. Plus artists from across the United States, as well as artists from Ghana and Japan, will fill up the remaining columns. Last year during our Richmond premier, we sold 230 pieces of art in 2 hours! Hope to see you there.
